The technique our Cosmetic Breast Surgeon employs is to make a small incision in the crease under the breast. A dry pocket is then created using Radiowave Technology, before the Breast Implant is inserted. At this point, our Plastic Surgeon will ensure that the breast implants are correctly positioned and finally use his unique suturing method to ensure that incision is properly closed.

The end result for you is a natural breast enhancement, with minimal bruising scarring, and most importantly, a comfortable breast enlargement recovery period.

Twilight Sedation and Breast Enlargement Recovery

Breast Enlargement or Breast Augmentation at Castlefield Clinic is carried out under Twilight Sedation (local anaesthetic with sedation), which minimises the risks normally associated with a general anaesthetic. The technique of anaesthesia also means that there is less bruising and a quicker Breast Enlargement recovery period with no need for an over-night stay.

During your Breast Enlargement Recovery period, you will be provided with detailed after care to ensure everything runs smoothly. You should expect to be back to work after 7 days, but can resume limited daily activities within 3 or 4 days. Our expert team of nurses and doctors will guide you through the recovery period.
