Harmonies Beauty and Holistics is a haven of peace and tranquillity where you can enjoy your post-operative recovery period whilst giving your body the best possible chance to rest and recuperate. Over 3 days and 4 nights, you won’t have a worry in the world as the team at Harmonies, led by Jan will tend to your every need and offer you advice and treatments to aid your recovery. These retreats are based on a one to one basis, with no more than two people in the retreat at any one time. In your individual log cabin you will find a Jacuzzi, sauna and personal float tank, which you are free to use as much as you like during your stay. In addition to this, there are a whole host of therapies and treatments that can be purchased from the extensive menu of services available. Your all inclusive 3 day, 4 night stay cost as little as £1,000. We remove all the hassle for you by providing transport to the retreat, all meals and access to the facilities in privacy and comfort.
